Christie Blaquiere is a Senior Human Resources professional with broad generalist experience in a portfolio environment providing support to managers with the goal of achieving their business goals. She is recognized for embracing technology and people to deliver objectives. She has over 11 years’ experience in management /administration roles in both the public sectors handling organizational effectiveness, full cycle recruitment, performance management, collective agreements, labour and employee relations, compensation, HR systems and other human resources areas. She is very keen on the essential levers of individual and organizational productivity and success.
